And in her colours, I find my faith.

♫ Looking for Something - Paolo Nutini ♫
Jess - Dress -Vintage | Rucksack - New Look | Shoes - Primark
Hey guys!
So we're back blogging! We've been on vacation in España for the last 2 weeks, spending a week in the beautiful Barcelona, being total tourists, taking photos of every single building we saw and drinking too much sangria. For our last week in Spain, we went to Benicassim Festival with a group of our friends which was THE best fun ever! Music, sea, sun, best friends around you...what could be better. We don't want to bore you with the deers but if any of you are interested in some pics of our time in spain, leave a comment below :)

My fave act from the whole of Beni was Paolo Nutini of course, followed by Kasabian, who seriously rocked it! Highly recommend both.

Anyway, here are the outfits we wore to our good friend's birthday barbecue...unintentionally matching florals.

Talk soon :)

You were better than whatever came before

After Glow- Foals

Hey all!

A teeny outfit post today, the last of my photos from Spain- I miss the holidays already!
Dress- Primark, Belt- H&M, Shoes- Spain
Recently I've been...
Giving Ayla a few too many treats (yes hamster doughnuts do exist!)
Making the most of time with the family
Baking a huge amount of cupcakes

Pointlessly wishing for Prom dresses I can never have (no, you will never be able to afford Elle Saab!)
Giving my room a little makeover!

What have you been up to lately?!

There's this tune I found that makes me think of you somehow, and I play it on repeat until I fall asleep

Dress- Primark, Wedges- TK Maxx, Bag- Forever 21

Here are some pictures taken on a trip to Malaga. Rather embarrassing there seemed to be an abundance of lemon trees, so lets just say I fitted right in... joking aside despite looking like a walking plant this dress is my absolute favourite for summer :)

Jess went off to Reading festival today- wellies on feet and umbrella in hand- so she's in for a fab weekend! Perhaps due to my own lack of festival blues I have been listening to music a lot lately- even more than usual- in particular the Arctic Monkeys. They have been playing on constant repeat as I continue my university search- its all happening too fast!

Check out their latest single Why'd you only call me when your high? (if only just to check out the video, its so bizarre!)

Hey all!

A couple more holiday snaps for you all, this time taken on a trip into the town of Marbella (that's Marbs to any of you TOWIE fans out there- me included!) It was probably one of my favourite places that we visited on holiday (the bubble-gum ice-cream may have clinched it for me!) due to its charming traditional Spanish feel- think cobbled streets and tapa bars galore.

Jess is off to Reading festival tomorrow- I am major jealous- is anyone else heading down to Reading or Leeds this weekend?

Only know you love her when you let her go

Let her go- Passenger

Dress and Bag- Forever 21 (new), Shoes- Spain, Sunnies- Primark

So, this song, must of played every single time that we got into the car during the holiday! Not exactly the sound of the summer (i.e. something you want to dance the night away too) but still, a cute song! I brought this dress on a crazy shopping spree in Forever 21 in America- everything is so much cheaper there and I couldn't resist this dress (oh and the bag too- opps!) We went for a walk and breakfast in a beautiful old town near Marbella, it was gorgeous! And by breakfast, I mean pastries and café con leche- perfect!

Hey!!

I hope everyone is good!

So guys it's official, two weeks in sunny Spain can work miracles, me, the palest person has tan lines :o And although the sea and sun seem a million miles away- now I'm back in rainy London- I am so excited to be back blogging! Jess has just got back from Cornwall too, and we went to collect our AS results today (which were good by the way!) so it's go, go, go! We have lots of exciting posts lined up as well as holiday ootds- which contain backdrops far prettier than the usual brick wall, exciting!

Here are some photos from Jess's first day in Cornwall and my second day in Marbella where I went with my family to stay with friends. It was so gorgeous there, and despite being boiling hot, it's somewhere I would visit again and again. Spain has to be one of my favourite places on Earth! Jess will be telling you about what she got up to in the next post... (hint: sun and surfing are involved!)

If any of you were picking up exam results today we hope they went well!

Dress and Shoes- Primark and Dora the Dachshund

Step- Vampire Weekend

Hey everyone!

This is my second post about my time in Barcelona- it flew by! On the night that I arrived it was the festival of San Joan. It was literally the craziest fiesta I have been to- and I have been to a fair share- People throw bangers and fireworks on the streets to warn away evil spirits. It was literally manic little kids setting off fireworks left right and centre, but pretty hilarious! All I can say is it put our 5th November fireworks in the garden to shame!

Explaining doesn't quite do it justice, a visit to Barcelona on 24th June is highly recommended!

Its Friday tomorrow what are everyone's plans for the weekend?! Anyone watching Wimbledon? (that was a silly question!)
