Hey all,
We had a free day yesterday which was so nice! We had an overdue catch up over coffee and then went down to the river to shoot some outfit photos, oh so pastoral (cheeky A Level Literature reference there).

We also finally got round to booking our summer holiday (typical unorganised us!). As we will all be off to university in October (ahh) we wanted to have a group holiday with all our friends. We are off to Benicassim festival in Spain and are now eagerly awaiting the line up! (...The Maccabees and Paolo Nutini if you please)
Has anyone started planning their summer yet?

Loads of love, Paloma

P.S
I am a little bit obsessed with this song at the moment. We saw Clean Bandit supporting Bastille at the 02 Brixton and they were amazing, definitely worth a look!

Hey all,

Ahh, today is a milestone for us, this is our two hundredth post on ...Cos it's The Bee's Knees. Which amounts to thousands of photos, lovely comments from you guys, awkward poses and general waffling from us two! It is also our two year blog birthday next month- can't promise we won't bake a cake. There is always an excuse for cake.

So these photos were taken on Oxford Street whilst out shopping yesterday; posing on the islands is becoming a bit of a pastime of ours. We had a gorgeous brunch at Bill's (officially the first brunch of my life and I am never looking back!) before braving some shops. It was so nice and made me realise my love of London again, I will miss it if I leave for university this year!

Hey Guys,
Just a typical post of another day in sixth form. All the days seem to blend into one at the moment. The weather is the same, the layout of the day is the same, the studying is the same…thank goodness our outfits aren't as bland and grey as every day at school. We both decided to go with punchy and vibrant berry tones for out outfits to try and add some pizzaz into our school life. Paloma went for a full mix of shades, where as I matched my skirt to my lipstick with a subtle jumper.

We love what we're seeing in the shops at the moment! On our recent ventures to numerous shops, we've seen plenty of floral prints and tonnes of monochrome, I will definitely be investing in some hounds tooth this season! Oxford street post up on the blog soon :)

Lots of love,  Jess xxx

Hey everyone,

Yay, this is the first time we have posted twice in the same week for a long while- finally a New Years resolution which is a teeny bit successful (I am still putting off the whole new year, new me thing, exercise can wait a while longer!)

This is what we wore to Sixth Form today. We have been starting to organise our end of year prom this week, which is just as exciting as it is stressful! I am still searching for my dress but at the moment seem to be only attracted to really simple short styles which I feel is wrong- help! Can anyone recommend any high street shops which have nice evening dresses?

Lots of love, Paloma

There's things i'd like to say to you, when you're back in Liverpool...

♫ Back in Liverpool - The Hummingbirds

Hey you lovely lot!
So sorry posts have been a tad sparse, we've both been super stressed about exams, prom planning and uni interviews, but for the moment, we're back on track :) So, one on the reasons that my post is a lil' late, is that I took a cheeky day trip to Liverpool with my sister on Friday. It was literally such an amazing trip and the most beautiful city, I would never have guessed it!

After doing a spot of shopping, as if i could resist, the highstreet seems to go on for miles, don't even get me started on the vintage shops, I was invited for an audition to study Acting at LIPA university (Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts), which was such a privilege as it is such a sought after uni. After monologue after monologue, and workshop after workshop, my day at LIPA was over and I had done all I could do….Fliss and I went for a cheeky pint in the local pub, luuusssshhhh!

If any of you get the chance, visit Liverpool! It's such a gorgeous city and worth a look, even if it is to make friends with the super-friendly locals.

Happy New Year everyone!

We wanted to start the year with a huge thank you to everyone who reads, comments or follows our blog we are so grateful- sorry to get all gushy on you guys but its necessary!

Now to our first post of 2014! After almost a month's absence (I know, shocking!) we are back on the blogging scene and with it being new year there couldn't be a better time. We can't wait to layer up and get styling the last of the winter trends before spring sets in- where does time go?!

Our first 2014 outfit post features a few items (read: a lot!) received over Christmas, including Jess's statement necklace and my pink crop. Yes guys I finally jumped on the bandwagon- if not extremely late- and got myself something pink and I think I am in love. The colour reminds me of candyfloss which can only be a good thing!

Hope everyone had a great holiday and January blues aren't taking over too much... here are a few snaps taken over the festive period

Loads of love,

Paloma xxx
