Your mama kept you, but your daddy left you...

Lonely Boy - The Black Keys ♪

Hey Everyone :)

Sorry for the delay in posts, we've been visiting our sisters in Bristol University over the weekend, which will be a post very soon :)

Here are some photo's which we have been planning to post for a little while now, which were taken on National Women's Day. We've decided to take a more stereotypical view of 'women's fashion', which will annoy a lot of feminists that I know, but we like femininity!

Enjoy, Jess :) xxx
Paloma is Wearing: Skirt - Primark, Boots - Topshop, Jumper- Forever 21, Tights-M&S
I am Wearing: Dress - Topshop, Shoes- Deichmann, Tights - M&S

Although we are definitely high-street bloggers, we are always inspired by designer trends. While looking through Vogue and all of the LFW catwalks, I came across Elie Saab and Valentino's collections for Spring/Summer. As you can see, they are both so appropriate for National Women's day, so feminine!

“In his blue gardens men and girls came and went like moths among the whisperings and the champagne and the stars.”

Studying the Great Gatsby for English lit this year has caused me to have a slight obession with anything 1920s, and with the film version of the novel out next year (cue flapper dresses, embellishment and a whole lot of Leornando De Capprio- ekk!). I am loving the 1920s-esque items that are in the high street at the moment, and whether it be a dress or earrings these Gatsby goodies are perfect for the glitzy party festive season.
I have chosen my favourite 1920s inspired picks from the high street, enjoy! Including a number of Forever 21 accessories, if you havn't yet checked out their amazing jewllery range, do, it is impossible not to come away empty handed! :)

Lots of love, Paloma xxx

P.S For anyone who hasn't read 'The Great Gatsby', you really have to, it is amazing!
