 Hey lovelies :)
First and foremost, can I just apologise for the lack of posts, christmas is such a stressful season and Paloma and I still haven't bought any of our presents yet! Help! I think a speedy trip to oxford street is the only way to resolve this, we're not complaining.

The decorations are up in both of our households, if you follow our Instagram, you'll be able to see lil' snapshots of that :) Mine probably is a bit eccentric due to the fact that Paloma and I are hosting a christmas drinks round mine for a few friends on Friday, its all dressy so we both are clueless on what to wear…again…help!

With a week left, anyone got any plans or stressing like us about Christmas?!

P.S - Little music feature - On the weekend, we went to the O2 with our friend Eileen to watch/mosh to Two Door Cinema Club, Crystal Fighters and Swim Deep. It was actually incredible, definitely give them all a good long listen as they're all so talented!

Lots of love, Jess xxx

In a few weeks I will get time to realise its right before my eyes

'What You Know '- Two Door Cinema Club

Yesterday we went to HMV in Oxford Street for an exclusive acoustic set and album signing session from the amazing band Two Door Cinema Club. Me and Jess have always loved music but was only until recently that we have started going to gigs, and have never looked back! Gigs aways guarentee an amazing atmosphere and experience and they manage to make you love your favourite bands even more (if thats even possible!)- as I found when we went to see the Maccabees in June!
We got up pretty early to get wristbands for the session but it was really nice being able to wonder round Oxford Street without the normal huge crowds of people wondering in and out of shops, we pratically had the shops to ourselves! (which as you can imagine was amazing!)

TDCC performed five songs a mix of old and new at the session, it was really nice to hear acoustic versions of hits such as Undercover Martyn and Something Good Can Work, we then got to meet them and have copies of their new album Beacon signed- they were lovely! :)

Their second album 'Beacon' is out now

To top off an amazing day, while leaving HMV we met and spoke to Pete Robertson (drummer) from another of our favourite bands The Vaccines who we are going to see at Ally Pally in November, he was really nice and happy to chat! :)

The Vaccines new Album 'Coming Of Age' is also out now! and definitely reccommended!

Jess is wearing: Peplum top- WAREHOUSE, Jeans- Gap, Trainers- Converse, Bag- M&S
Paloma is wearing: Blouse- H&M, Trousers- Primark, pumps- Primark

Who are your favourite bands at the moment?

Lots of love Paloma xxx
